Subjects of the Forum
The Forum is dedicated to critical issues of food production in the XXI century, role of food ingredients and dietary supplements, flavourings and additives in technology improvement, development of composition, texture, flavour and taste of food products and preservation of their quality. Special attention at the Forum will be paid to the efficient and safe use of food ingredients, peculiarities of their application in various fields of food industry, assessment of compliance and introduction of new products to the market.

Major producers and distributors of food ingredients, food and drink producers, process engineers, specialists, scientific-research institutes, branch ministries and associations. In 2009, the Forum was attended by 437 specialists.
